Cilantro Dip Ingredients
Spinach - Spinach allows this dip to be slightly creamy, adds many nutrients and a great taste, and is almost everywhere to get.
Cilantro - I just love, love, love the taste of fresh coriander, a little lemony plus a hint of parsley.
Olive Oil - Olive oil is delicious on its own, but combined with the rest of the dip ingredients, it's simply heavenly.
Cilantro Dip Tips
Texture - Add 1 tablespoon of water to the sauce if you want a thinner sauce, vice versa, if you want a thicker sauce just reduce the amount of water.

Ingredients
Easy - 2-3 servings - 5 minutes
1 cup Spinach
1 cup Cilantro
¼ cup Water
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
Squeeze of Lemon
Pinch of Salt
Instructions
Blend all ingredients in a food processor, blender, or simply with an immersion blender until well combined and smooth.
Serve it with one of your favorite dishes, enjoy!
